Who we are

Calis publishes this catalog. Company-facing billing is at my.calis.host.

This site is a catalog

calis.host describes plans, catalog regions, and USD prices. It is not a self-service hypervisor. Listing a plan does not guarantee instant provision, idle capacity in every region, or a particular uplink speed. An order is only formed when you complete checkout (or an equivalent paid request) in the billing console.

Contract and invoices

The service agreement, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation tools live in your account at my.calis.host. Catalog prices are in US dollar. Hourly figures are monthly ÷ 730, rounded to three decimals, for comparison. VAT, if due, appears on the invoice. We may refuse or reverse an order that would breach the acceptable use policy.

What you get when a service is delivered

Linux VPS: KVM virtual machine, NVMe disk as listed, one IPv4, root access, and an image from the listed OS set. Windows VPS: Windows Server 2022 with RDP and Administrator. Managed desktop (RDP): a shared-host lean Windows desktop for one user — not a full VPS. You pick a city at checkout as locale and routing preference; dedicated ISP egress is country-level (city maps to country to buy the IP) and is not a unique city-dedicated address. Instant hypervisor provision is not live. You are responsible for your data, backups you choose to keep, and the software you install.

Availability

Public checks for Calis sites are at status.calis.exchange/status. That page is operational status, not a service-credit SLA unless your invoice or order confirmation says otherwise. Maintenance and incidents are handled in good faith; we do not promise hyperscale credits.

Support

Support is through billing tickets on my.calis.host. Abuse and illegal-content reports: abuse@calis.exchange.

Law

These catalog terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived. Courts in Zurich have jurisdiction for disputes about this catalog, unless a mandatory forum applies.

Changes

We may update catalog prices and these terms. The billing console always shows the rate you actually pay for an active service. If a change is material to an existing paid service, we will note it on the invoice or in the account.
